Clint Glaser is the owner of Smoky Hill Appraisal, located in Salina, Kansas. He is a certified general real estate appraiser in the state of Kansas and has been in the appraisal industry since 2015. Previously, Clint worked for two well respected real estate appraisal companies; one in Des Moines, Iowa and one in Liberal, Kansas. Emma Hoffman is a certified general real estate appraiser in the state of Kansas and has been in the industry since 2021. Emma has been with Smoky Hill Appraisal, Inc. since 2023.
Prior to Smoky Hill Appraisal, Inc., Emma worked at another reputable appraisal company in Kansas. Prior to the appraisal industry, she worked for Silver Spur Ranches in Colorado. Emma has experience appraising a wide variety of property types within the agricultural sector. Emma is originally from Ellinwood and grew up on a farm/ ranch. She now resides in Hays.
